LiveShanti is a traditional studio teaching the essence of yoga that has been lost in some more contemporary yoga practices. Whilst we honour the essential benefit of yoga on the physical body we acknowledge that this is only a small part of a yogic lifestyle. Our classes incorporate all aspects of the 8 limbs of yoga and focus on healthy mind as well as healthy body.
We are mindful that the world is made up of all shapes and sizes and colours and abilities and we teach with this in mind. All classes are suitable for everyone, regardless of ability we will support you on your yoga journey.
